Founders Associate (Intern / Full-Time)

The Mission

{Tech: Europe} is building the leading event & media platform for the next wave of technology companies in Europe.

We don't just host events; we build the infrastructure that connects the continent’s most ambitious technical talent. From running Europe's largest hackathon circuit to hosting the defining Applied AI Conference in Berlin, we work with global giants (Google Deepmind, OpenAI, Lovable) to enable the next generation of founders.

We are looking for a Founders Associate to operate the machine and help us scale. This is not a standard 9-to-5. You will be the right hand to the leadership, operating at the intersection of operations, sales, and community.

What You'll Do

Whether Intern or Full-Time, you will be in the engine room.

- Orchestrate the Platform: You will lead operations for our hackathons across Europe and our Applied AI Conference (700+ attendees). You ensure the experience is flawless for builders and partners.
- Commercial & Partnerships: You won’t just do cold outreach. You will manage relationships with our Tier-1 partners (e.g., OpenAI, Deepmind, Lovable & co.). You will oversee delivery and after-sales, ensuring our partners get maximum value from their investment.
- The Sandbox: You will help manage our physical home for -1 stage founders in Berlin, ensuring high density of talent and smooth operations for the fellows residing there.
- Media Amplification: Support the growth of our media arm (YouTube & Social Media), helping us tell the stories of Europe’s best technical founders.

For Full-Time Applicants

- Team Leadership: You will eventually manage working students and volunteers on-site.
- Revenue Ownership: You will take ownership of specific partner accounts and track commercial deliverables.

Who You Are

- High Agency: You don't wait for permission. You see a problem, and you solve it. You treat {Tech: Europe} as if it were your own company.
- Tech-Fluent: You don't need to be a software engineer, but you understand the ecosystem. Bonus: You have built something yourself in the past (a side project, a newsletter, a failed startup).
- Operational Machine: You can handle the chaos of a live event with 500+ people while closing a partnership deal via email.
- Berlin-Based: You are ready to work from our Berlin HQ.
- Language: Fluent English is required.
