By hosting the best hackathons for builders and maintaining close ties with global leaders like Google DeepMind and OpenAI, we identify the most exciting opportunities and help the best engineers join the companies that truly matter. We don’t just host events; we build the infrastructure that connects ambitious talent with the future of technology.

We’re looking for a (former) engineer to join us as a Partner for Talent. Your role will be to use your technical background to bridge the gap between these engineers and the companies that need them most.

Your Role

As a Partner for Talent, you will lead our efforts to connect Europe's best engineers with their next high-impact roles. Using your technical background, you will evaluate talent not just by their resumes, but by their ability to build, ensuring they find founding teams and companies where they can truly thrive.

You will:

- Identify and vet top-tier "builders" within our community, using your engineering experience to assess technical depth and potential.

- Bridge the gap between our partner companies and the community, understanding a team's technical needs and matching them with the right engineers.

- Curate talent pipelines for high-growth startups, focusing on quality and cultural fit over sheer volume.

- Collaborate with the internal team to refine how we track and engage with talent during hackathons and "The Sandbox" residencies.

- Build long-term relationships with engineers, positioning {Tech: Europe} as the primary starting point for their professional journeys.

About You

- Technical background: You have a solid foundation in engineering and can "speak the language" of builders.

- People-focused: You are a natural connector who enjoys evaluating talent and understanding career motivations.

- Strategic: You can look beyond a CV to see how an engineer’s skills fit into a specific startup’s needs.
