We don't just host events; we build the infrastructure that connects the continent’s most ambitious technical talent. From running Europe's largest hackathon circuit to hosting an Applied AI Conference in Berlin, we work with global giants (Google Deepmind, OpenAI, Lovable) to enable the next generation of founders and close the awareness gap.

We are looking for someone that helps us leverage our data & AI potential to scale what we do. You will be responsible for building the systems that support our community, specifically streamlining workflows and optimizing event processes

Your Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical workflows that power our internal operations and large-scale hackathons. You’ll be the person ensuring our systems talk to each other seamlessly, turning manual tasks into scalable, automated processes.
You will:
- Design and maintain automated workflows using n8n to connect our core tools and databases.
- Integrate various platforms via APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data flow between applications.
- Optimize hackathon operations by building real-time systems for applicant tracking, check-ins, and communications.
- Maintain and clean internal datasets to ensure our community and operational data remains accurate and actionable.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing automations to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the team to identify manual bottlenecks and propose technical solutions to solve them.

About You

- Technical: You have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.

- Logical: You enjoy breaking down complex manual processes into clean, automated workflows.

- Detail-oriented: You take pride in data integrity and building robust systems that don't break.
